そー言えば、土用の丑の日なのに鰻丼食べてない気がして・・銀座序でにこちらを予約
焼鳥も鰻も有る店って、どちらもどっち付かずな気がするけど「焼鳥と鰻 ひょうたん」
新橋駅から歩いて5分程の、銀座８丁目雑居ビルの7Fにあります。
エレベーターを出ると、左側に鰻ののれんが目印。入口は狭いですが、奥に長い店内で
Ｌ型カウンターの奥に４名テーブル２室で、テーブル席に案内されました。

焼鳥の焼きの技術を鰻に使った鰻の串がメインで・・ほぼ鰻のフルコースでした。
関東風と関西風の良い所取りの様な焼き加減と食感、濃い甘みの強いタレがドストライク
銀座には星の数ほど店が有って、そんな中でも知られていない店も沢山有る中・・・
この様な店を探してくるご一緒さんって凄い(^^;
もちろん鰻丼だけでも食べられるので、銀座で忙しくなく鰻を食べたい時にもオススメ
