JR新橋駅SL口から徒歩10秒のNEWしんばしビル1階にあります。隣のかつ屋さんと同系列の大手外食企業さんの店舗ですね。公式HPを見ると2022年8月オープンとありますが、私の記憶違いなのか？以前もこの場所に同じような肉めし屋さんがあったような気がするのですが。。。
肉玉めし
看板メニューの肉めしに半熟の和風ポーチド目玉焼？が真中に載ってます。肉めしは簡単に言うと、良く煮込んだ豚肉のすき焼き丼です。全体的に具材は茶色で良く煮込まれているのが見た目でハッキリとわかります。食欲をそそられますね。ゴロゴロと入った大量のバラ肉を中心とした豚肉、白菜やゴボウ、大きな木綿豆腐など食べ応えあります。味濃い目ですが、卓上のお寿司屋さんのような生姜の甘酢漬けや具材の三つ葉がさっぱりさせてくれます。ご馳走様でした。
