お米にこだわる、鮨と創作料理の店。
2023年7月に訪れたときはランチは水・木・金のみの営業だったが、いつのまにやらランチ営業を休止。
それが、水曜のみのランチ営業（11:30〜14:00）で復活。
●土鍋炊きご飯としじみ汁（500）
●茄子とピーマン揚げ浸し（200）
●ゲソと里芋の煮物（200）
●雪室じゃがいものポテサラ（200）
200〜300円の小鉢がいくつか用意されているため、好きなものをちょこちょこと食べられるのは嬉しいところ。
どれをいただいても、実直さが伝わるまっすぐな味。
器にもこだわりが見られ、夜はもっと満足度の高い店だと直感。
