2022年10月にリニューアルオープンした焼肉ホルモンのお店。
1軒目を出て適当なお店を探してふらついていると、いつもは賑わっているお店がこの日はかなり空いている。
店頭で呼び込みをしていた店長さんに案内されてテーブル席に。
ガスロースターとその上には排煙ダクトに繋がるフード。
最近よく見かけるタイプの大衆焼肉と言った感じ。
お肉は全てベストな状態に店員さんが焼いてくれる。
○ ホッピーセット メガジョッキ 814円×2
メガは中身が2.5倍でちょっとお得らしい。
後で気づいたけど通常サイズで中オカワリした方がだいぶ安いんじゃないかな。
▪️シマチョウ 528円
とろける感じではなく歯ごたえもちゃんとあるタイプ。
これはこれで好き。
▪️たすきカルビ 968円
良い感じの脂の入り。
甘く溶けだす脂に赤身の美味しさも味わえる。
このお値段でこのクオリティはお得。
▪️白センマイ刺し 968円
丁寧に下処理された白センマイ。
タレをつけてあっさりと。
▪️キムチ盛り 858円
白菜、カクテキ、オイキムチの3種類。
あまりお腹は空いていなかったので食べるものは少しで。
女性店長さんとお話を聞くと、楽しく明るいお店にしてお客さんの笑顔を見たいとのこと。
元気で対応も明るく、こちらの気分も良くなる。
とても活力のある方で、こっちも良い刺激を受けそう。
お肉はお手ごろで食べられるものもあるので、ゆっくりと食べに来ても良いかも。
