お店ができてから数ヶ月経ちましたかね、なかなかこちらでパンを買う機会がなかったのですが、出社時の帰りにパンを買おうと訪問。
平日20時、さてパンは残っているか…？
○滴 ハーフ
高加水のもちもちパン。よかった、残ってて。
これはお気に入りの食事パン。
○パン・ショコラ ２個
ほかに食事パンの選択肢がなく、ヴィエノワズリーばかり。それなら久しぶりにパン・ショコラでも頂きますかね。と翌朝のパン用に買いました。
一番上の層だけが特にパリッとしていて、他の層はふわっとサクッとしているという独特の生地。
私個人としてはほぼ全部がパリッとしているのが好みですが、これは、サクサク派とパリパリ派のいいとこ取りなんだろうと理解しました。
サンドイッチ系があれば晩ごはんにしようと思っていたのだけれど、さすがに平日20時には残ってないですね。
