JR新橋駅の改札を出たところにあるフランス発祥の老舗ベーカリーです。
「PAUL」のバゲットサンドが大好きで、久しぶりに食べたくなりました。
購入したのは、
■カナール・柚子コショウ(540円)
■スコーンサクラ(302円)
■ガトー・ド・ブリュッセルサクラ(324円)
カナール・柚子コショウは、合鴨とトレビスに、柚子胡椒を効かせたバゲットサンドです。
ペッパーの効いた合鴨に苦みのあるトレビスのバランスが絶妙で美味しかったです。
スコーンサクラは、春限定商品です。
桜の花の塩漬けと全粒粉を練り込んで焼き上げたスコーンです。
ガトー・ド・ブリュッセルサクラも春の限定商品。
晴らしく可愛らしいワッフルでした。
どちらも娘のセレクトなので味は不明ですが、美味しかったそうです。
他にはサクラのカヌレなどもありました。
