2024年4月上旬平日 麻婆麺＋焼売 1000円
ランチタイムに最近臨休していることが多い此方が開いていたので入ってみた。焼売を売りにしている店だ。
店内は入って右側が厨房。客席はカウンター6席とテーブル18席。店主さんと若い接客女性の2人で切盛り。ランチ時で店内は８割ほどの客入り。
メニューは担々麺、麻婆麺、グリーンカレーヌードルと焼売のセットが1000円。焼売定食(限定10食)、よだれ鶏定食(限定5色)もある。
麻婆麺と焼売のセットを注文。ご飯も注文すると品切れとの事で残念。
10分ほどして丼と焼売が入った蒸篭が登場。
焼売は2個。皮の中に粗挽きの肉がミッシリと詰まっていて肉々しくて旨い。
麻婆麺はスープは醤油ベースで動物系の旨みが良好。麻婆餡から溶け出た辛みが結構強く口の中がヒリヒリとする。山椒の痺れはあまり感じない。
麺は細麺ストレート。硬めな茹で加減でシコシコとして良好。熱々だが伸びにくいのも良い。
具は麻婆餡、パクチー、ニラ。麻婆餡は油っこくなく辛めな味付け。挽肉が甘い味付けで良いアクセントになっている。豆腐も多目で良い。パクチーは苦手なのでよけたつもりが間違えて食べてしまい失敗した。
豆腐と挽肉をレンゲですくいながら食べているうちにスープもほぼ完飲して終了。ご馳走さまでした。
