I visited LEO, a Chinese bar where you can enjoy authentic creative Chinese food.It's a calm interior with a modern interior, where even the dishes and cutlery have been carefully selected.Tonight, I had an original Chinese course for two with a senior who is a big name in the gourmet world. While we were there, we had a very educational conversation. We started with an attractive visual and an assortment of ingredients, making a total of 8 dishes. The delicious matsutake and egg soup had a delicate taste that you wouldn't think it was Chinese food. You can fully enjoy the flavor and the soup stock.The stir-fried beef fillet with sweet miso is a delicious and fun moment that you put on top of Crepes with the condiments and then wrap it in a kururi. (please give it to me) Our proud Dandan noodles are full of the scent of Japanese pepper.The dessert I was surprisingly happy about was Shine Muscat ice cream instead of the usual almond tofu.The ice cream was kneaded with fine cuts of Shine Muscat.The ice cream was very innovative and delicious.I still have a lot of time to talk to my seniors. I didn't run out of time, but it was a very fulfilling and valuable time.Thank you for the meal♪
