新橋を中心に立呑処など複数の飲食点を
手掛けるへそグループの新業態となる
黒豚饅のテイクアウト専門店
まー大阪のあの豚饅を彷彿とさせるので
試しに行ってきました〜
場所は新橋のSL広場の近くにあって
同じグループの町中華へそというお店も
並行してやっているみたい
土曜13:30頃
待たずに購入出来ました〜
持ち帰り用の袋が
味気ない紙袋&ビニール袋だったので
本家みたいに紙袋用意すればいいのにと
思ってたら1枚100円で売っているようでしたね笑

●揚げ黒豚饅(350円)
値段は本家よりやや高め
注文時に常温で良いか聞かれたのですが
チルドor常温という意味かと思って
常温でお願いしたのですが
もしかしたらすぐ食べる人用のホカホカか
常温かって事だったのかもしれないです
とりあえずレンチンして食べました
サイズは本家と比べるとやや小ぶりかな
餡はジューシーで生地も甘みがあり悪くないです
他の口コミでは厳しめの意見も多いみたいだけど
まーまー寄せてきてる印象
揚げの方は細かいパン粉の食感と
ジャンクな油の風味が加わって
経験としては悪くない気がします
美味しく完食です
アリっちゃアリなので普通に通り掛かったら
また買っちゃうかもな〜
