「参の牛」をいただいてきました。
お肉に関しては自社牧場「トラジファーム」の
厳選された和牛が使用され間違いなクオリティ。
前菜で出されたポタージュから美味しく
〆の土鍋ご飯と冷麺まで余裕で完食。
特に美味しかったのはベタですが
シャトーブリアンステーキサンド。
結構なボリュームですが全然胃もたれしません笑
焼きすきもプロの焼き師による絶妙な火入れと
卵黄とトリュフが味を深め最高な状態に。
接客も食材も素晴らしくフルアテンドと
1年足らずで百名店に選出されたのも納得です。
