-Ni no Beef- Ordered [Gyujirushi's most popular standard course where you can enjoy "Grilled Black Truffle Suki" and "Chateaubriand Steak Sandwich"]. I love that the seats are private and the staff grills everything for you. At the beginning of the course, a block of meat will be brought to you for the day. This has an impact. Now, the important course is that the balance is very good. A la carte dishes, Yakiniku (Grilled meat), and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) have a good balance of lean meat. Perhaps because of my age, the course is difficult because of the frosty conditions, but this course is good. The Chateaubriand Steak sandwich was particularly good. It's quite expensive if you order it a la carte, but it's good to have it in a course. Sandwiched with a special sauce, the Chateaubriand is juicy yet refreshing. I feel like I can eat as many as I want. The only à la carte item I ordered, Kamimino, was also excellent. Recommended as a well-balanced restaurant overall.
