“日本橋よし町”の想いを受け継ぎ銀座にオープンした【江戸中華 よし町】
日本橋よし町閉店時は連日通ったなあと思いだしつつ・・。
オープン当時は夜営業のみでしたが、夏頃から平日もランチスタート。
冷し中華が終わって麻婆豆腐ランチがスタートと聞いて遅ればせながらお伺い。
お店は銀座7丁目の路面店。
間口は狭いですが、奥行きがあるお店。
カウンター席三席と後ろにテーブル席が数席。

カウンター席だったので、麻婆豆腐ができあがるまでしっかり拝見。
オーダーごとに丁寧に作られていて最後に熱々の土鍋に。
スタッフの皆さんで焼売担当、スープ担当と分担されていて一度に提供。
熱いものを熱いうちに食べたい身としてはこれは嬉しい限り。
麻婆豆腐は濃厚で牛すじ肉の量もしっかり。
塩味はマイルド。しっかり山椒が効いていて好みのタイプのものでした。
途中でよかったら使ってくださいと青山椒と江戸ラー油、それに一般的な山椒。
色々かけて味変も楽しめました。
熱々の焼売も、冷製のよだれ鶏も素晴らしく美味しい。
ごはんも炊き立てだし、価格も妥当、自分的には文句のつけようがないパーフェクトな麻婆豆腐御膳でした。
他の単品メニューは種類豊富でどれも気になる魅力的なものばかり。
麺類や炒飯はすべてハーフでオーダー可。気になるカラスミ炒飯はハーフで頼めるし、
種類豊富な焼売や春巻きは1個からオーダー可。
仕事帰りにふらりと夜のもいいかも。
でも次回は気になる焼売弁当かなあ。前日までの予約必須だそうです。

A casual Chinese restaurant that is a sister store to Ginza's famous Chinese restaurant "Ginza Yamanobe." The shop name follows the idea of ``Nihonbashi Yoshicho'' that existed previously. Shumai, mapo tofu, and crab balls are the specialties. Weekday lunch available only on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Last time's mapo tofu lunch was amazing, but when I heard that the shumai set meal was starting from February, I was excited to visit. Immediately after entering, I was seated at the counter. There are table seats in the back, but it's a small restaurant. Arrived at 11:45. One last table! It was dangerous... This time, I and my companion had the Shumai set meal for 1,500 yen. Lunch beer 300 yen is also added. It was served soon and was served on a plate. Although the piping hot shumai are small, there are 8 of them! It's a cute visual. It also consists of rice, soup, cold drooling chicken, soup, mini mapo tofu, and pickles. It even comes with mapo ♡ The most important part. The thin-skinned pork is juicy and has a concentrated flavor. I thought it would be great with some mustard, as I sipped the beer. It seems that the original Nihonbashi Yoshicho shumai has been made smaller to make it easier to eat, but the size is also ideal. Moreover, it was a fulfilling lunch with a bite of mapo and drool chicken. Looking at takeaway menu, 15 pieces of pork shumai cost 2,900 yen. When you think about it, this lunch is a great deal. I'm also curious about the shumai Bento (boxed lunch) which is packed with toppings. I would like them to serve the specialty crab balls for weekday lunch.
