麻婆豆腐好きとしては、こちらのランチ見逃せないものがありました。週末はアラカルトなので、平日時間を作ってお伺い(*^。^*)
平日のランチは麻婆豆腐セット（1,500円）一択。
しっとりしたよだれ鶏。トッピングのパクチーは外してもらいました。タレが旨し。
白菜の滋味深いスープ。この熱さがいい。
肉焼売も熱々。何もつけなくてもとっても美味しい。
食感がめずらしいものがあって、ゆり根かな？と帰りに伺ったら「くわい」だそうで。
そしてお目当ての麻婆豆腐。ぐつぐつの土鍋で登場（ほんとうに熱いですから気を付けてとのこと）
お豆腐もお肉もたっぷり、食べ応えあります。
山椒はしっかり効いていますが、そこまで辛くないです。辛さは個人の好みもあるので、テーブルの青山椒、辣油を使ってくださいね、ということのよう。
青山椒がさわやかな辛さで気に入りました。
お肉がいい牛肉を使っている気がします。
すごくコクがある、いい味してます。
うん、これはどこの麻婆ともちがう美味しさ。ちょっと濃いめでクセになります。
ごはんを少な目でもらったのをちょっと後悔、、、
噂にたがわず美味しい満足できる麻婆豆腐でした。
お会計はキャッシュレス。
今は平日毎日提供してますが、12月からは麻婆豆腐ランチは曜日を限定するそうです。
