この日は、久しぶりに麻婆豆腐を食べたい！
気分だったので、ランチで上質な麻婆豆腐を
食べさせてくれるお店をリサーチ。
そういえば、以前からBMしてあるこちらも
曜日限定でランチを提供していたはず！
マイレビュアー様達からの評判も良いですし
楽しみにお伺いしました。
①お店の外観、雰囲気、インテリアなど
銀座駅から徒歩5分位。ガラス張りの外観、
シンプルでスタイリッシュな佇まいです。
店内は、テーブル席の他、活気ある厨房を
臨むカウンター席もあり、お1人様でも
気兼ねなく入店できます。
②お料理について
ランチメニューは、2種類あります。
“麻婆豆腐セット”
“銀座しゅうまい よし町セット”
大きな蒸籠から、湯気がもうもうと立ち上る
様子がカウンター席から見えるので、焼売も
良いなぁと心惹かれましたが、初志貫徹で
“麻婆豆腐セット”をお願いしました。
注文が入ると、熱々の中華鍋に、にんにくや
生姜、肉そぼろ、豆鼓を投入。
その後、豆腐をそっと入れ、手早く軽やかに
炒めていきます。
麻婆豆腐の出来上がりに合わせて、セットの
焼売（1個）が蒸し上がります。
連携の取れた丁寧な仕事、嬉しいですね。
麻婆豆腐は、辛さと痺れのバランスが良く、
塩梅もぴったり。花椒の爽やかな香りが
食欲をそそります。
焼売は、ずっしり肉肉しく、食べ応え十分。
玉葱の甘み、豚肉の脂のコクが相まって
白いご飯に良く合います。
小鉢は、よだれ鶏、志那竹、高菜漬け。
野菜の優しい風味を感じさせるスープ。
ボリュームも十分で、お腹一杯になりました。
③スタッフの接客について
ホールは、男性お1人で切盛りしていました。
挨拶や席への誘導等、基本的部分は問題なく
丁寧で親切な接客応対でした。
厨房には、調理担当がお2人いらして、腕を
ふるっていました。
お会計もスムーズですし、特に気になる点は
ありません。
④ＣＰについて
銀座という立地で丁寧に作られた麻婆豆腐と
蒸し立ての焼売を頂けるセットが1,500円
というのは、良心的だと思いました。
お店の雰囲気もスタイリッシュで素敵ですし
スタッフの接客応対も感じが良かったです。
総じて、CPは良いと思います。
⑤その他、気付いたことなど
麻婆豆腐も美味しかったですが、それよりも
焼売が気に入りました。
次回は“銀座しゅうまい よし町セット”を
オーダーしたいと思います。
