銀座の広東料理をベースにした中華料理店です。
銀座やまの辺というミシュランに選ばれた高級店の姉妹店。
ゆっきょし様初め銀座にお詳しい方々の記事により、
水・木・金はランチ営業を実施している事を知り訪問。
お店は新橋寄りな銀座8丁目にあります。
昼の訪問12時
お店はそれほど混んでいません。
ランチメニューは、
しゅうまいセットか麻婆豆腐セットの用意があります。
しゅうまいセットを注文。
しゅうまいセットにもミニ麻婆が付きます。
程なくして料理提供。
しゅうまいは蒸したて熱々。
やや小さ目で肉がパンパンに詰まっています。
とても美味しい。
よだれ鶏のタレにつけても美味しいですよのアナウンス有。
ミニ麻婆はこのためだけに一から作っていました。
肉と豆腐の量もしっかりめできちんと旨辛。
山椒も程よく利いた本格的な味わい。
よだれ鶏はタレが美味しい、
しゅうまいをつけてねと言われるだけはある。
熱々の清湯スープ。
おまけスープではないきちんと出汁感のある美味しいスープです。
漬物にメンマが有ってとてもうれしい。
セットだと何かしらが冷めてたりなどあるものですが、
こちらはしゅうまい・麻婆豆腐・スープと全てが熱々。
そしてごはんがちゃんと美味しい。
お値段も手ごろで味も美味しい満足度の高い中華ランチを楽しめます。
