新橋の「オクユカシ」さんに行ってきました！
新橋駅から約徒歩3分のとこにあります。
烏森神社近くの赤提灯が連なる飲屋街にあるのですが
看板の主張が少ない雑居ビルの2F奥にあるので
隠れ家感満載のお店です！
知らないと辿り着けないじゃないかと思います。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で居心地が良かったです。
土曜日に行きましたが満席だったので予約は必須。
他の人の口コミを見た感じ平日も満席のようです！

九州から仕入れる新鮮な海鮮・お肉・野菜の
鉄板焼きなどをカジュアルに楽しめるお店です。
今回頼んだメニューをいくつか紹介します。
特にお気に入りの品は★マークにしました！
⚪︎お通し
席に着くとボールみたいなものがあったのですが
なんと3つに別れてお通しに変身！
野菜がたっぷり入ったバーニャカウダーでした！
カボチャ・カブ・蓮根・カリフラワーなど
いろんな種類の野菜が入っていてよかったです。
★トロたく
見たことないビジュアルのトロたく
ネギトロが沢庵で巻かれててびっくりしました。
沢庵の比率多いからどうなのかなと思ったけど
ネギトロが濃厚で絶妙なバランスで美味い！
沢庵が多いのでシャキシャキ食感もより楽しめます。
⚪︎鯖サンド
ラップに包まれて出てくる可愛い鯖サンド。
鯖・アーリーレッド・粒マスタードが入ってます。
粒マスタードが良いアクセントになってました！
⚪︎くるくるきゅうりの浅漬け
可愛い見た目をしたきゅうりの浅漬け。
薄くスライスして丁寧に巻いているのかな。
さっぱりした味わいで鉄板焼きの箸休めに良き！
★牛タンのトリミングステーキ
程よい弾力感の牛タンのトリミングステーキ。
そのまま食べても美味しいのですが、ネギ塩
と一緒に食べるのがおすすめです！
お肉の質も高くて結構ボリュームもあるのに
1650円とリーズナブルな価格でありがたい！
⚪︎ガーリックシュリンプ
ガーリックシュリンプはなんとステーキ付き！
(ステーキは赤身肉で、多分牛肩ロースでした。)
最初間違えて乗ってるのかなと思いました笑
ニンニクが効いておりお酒が進みます。
シュリンプもステーキも美味しかったです！
★ポルチーニとトリュフの焼きそば
メニュー名を見た瞬間注文を決めました笑
焼きそばの上に半熟の目玉焼きと糸唐辛子が
乗っており見た目もいい感じです。
濃厚なソースが中細麺によく絡んでおり、〆で
頼んだけどお酒が飲みたくなる味付けです。
ポルチーニの風味が強い印象でした。

ご飯やドリンクはどれも美味しく、雰囲気も良い
お店なので隠れ家だけどこれは人気が出ますね！
また行きたいと思います。
