居酒屋が多く立ち並び中年のサラリーマンが
いたるところで飲み会をしているイメージの街。
駅から見てニュー新橋ビルの裏、
烏森神社の近くにお店はある。
多くの居酒屋が立ち並ぶ、烏森宮脇通りの
中間あたりのビル2階。看板は小さく、
注意深く探さないと素通りしてしまうほど控えめ。
ビルの2階にはお店が２つあり、
突当たり右側に『オクユカシ』がある。
店内は、カフェのようなオシャレさと
落ち着いた雰囲気があり、
新橋の居酒屋とは思えない！

赤茄子の甘みと玉子の相性抜群で濃厚な味わい！

骨感の残る身。素材の味を楽しめる。
身がふっくらしていて淡白な味わい！

かぼす、わさび、岩塩、梅肉
岩塩が王道でベスト、わさびと一緒でも美味しい！
⚫︎ミックス天
お好み焼きのような粉もん感と
もんじゃのような味。
ペッパー系の味が効いている。
鶏肉が入っていて食べ応えあり。
トマトが入っているのでさっぱりしそうだが、
ベースは粉ものに味の濃いソースなので、
ずっしりしている。
まさに居酒屋メシのような料理。
1品前のさっぱり系の料理とは
打って変わってお腹に溜まる料理となっている。
⚫︎牛タンのトリミングステーキ
タン元とタン先を使用しているので
食感の違いを楽しめる！
タン先は柔らかかったけど、
タン元は硬くて噛みきれなかった。
肉にあんまり旨みがなかった。
以下薬味
ネギ塩ダレ
レモン
ネギ塩ダレがしょっぱすぎた。
肉の旨みが少ないのでより塩味が濃く感じた。
⚫︎ガーリックライス
ライスが塊でまとまっている。
レンチンしたのか作り置いていたのか。
この値段のコースでは妥当なのかな。
⚫︎あんこ巻き
あんこクレープとアイスクリーム
あんこはラムレーズンが入っていて
酒の〆のスイーツとしては良い！
前半の料理まではさっぱりした料理で美味しく、
創作力もあって見た目・味も楽しんで食べる
ことができた。
しかし、後半はずっしりと味の濃い料理が続き、
前半との差に戸惑いました。
お酒に合う味付けなのかもしれないけど、
前半がとても美味しかっただけに少し残念でした。
そんなことを言っても、
この料理のクオリティと量を考えたら、
4,400円ってめちゃくちゃ安い！！！！
お腹いっぱいになるし、
いろんな料理が食べれるのでおすすめ！
