新橋駅のSL 広場側へ出てスグ
1Fが豚まん売ってるお店です 右脇のエレベーターから
6Fで受付してから
7Fのお店へ
完全個室居酒屋 穏座 新橋店
チェックしてたら牛タンがオススメのお店ということで
入ってみました
日曜日も開いているのは嬉しい

寒いかと思いきや，結構暑かった

炙り加減が絶妙お酒が進む味ね
きゅうり1本漬け
塩辛いかな？と思ったら塩気控えめ
あっさり具合が好みで気に入りました
じゃがチーズ団子
カラッと揚がってて，はちみつがかけてあるの〜
中からはチーズがトロリで甘いとしょっぱいのコラボ最高よね
タン元の炙り
いい感じに焼き上げられたタン元はさっくりした歯切れの良さで柔らかい
たっぷりのごま油であえられた甘いネギがたっぷりかかっていて
白髪ネギにスライス玉ねぎ、柚子胡椒が添えられています
タン押しなお店だけあるね
美味しい
お料理が美味しかったので
デザートのパフェも注文
冷たいものの後は
ホットで体を温めて
