2023/9/5に新規オープン‼︎場所は内幸町駅直結、新橋駅日比谷口より徒歩6分。富国生命ビル地下1階。
その土地の床価値を高め続けることに強い想いを持ち、さまざまな事業を展開している
宇都宮発祥の「STANDARD BAKERS」がプロデュースするベーカリーカフェが登場。
「STANDARD BAKERS」は東京の中では東京駅、渋谷、下北沢に出店しています。
今回新しく開店した「NEIGHBROS BREAD」は翻訳すると「隣人のパン」
お客様にそばに寄り添えるパンを目指していることがよく分かります。
店内は入り口手前にパン売り場があり、奥がイートインスペース。電源席も完備。一人でも複数人でも利用しやすそうです。
バルミューダトースターも設置されていました。
パンのラインナップはスタンダードベイカーズと似ています。値段も200円台後半から300円台半ばのものがメイン。高すぎず、安すぎずという印象です。
ランチセットはとてもお得に感じました。
⚫︎カンパーニュ1/2 260円
2種類の自家製酵母でゆっくりと発酵をとりました。ほのかな酸味とフルーティーな香りが楽しめます。サンドイッチブレッドとしてもおすすめです。
→スタンダードベイカーズのハードパンは初体験。大きな気泡と同じくらい期待も膨らみながら一口。
クラストが柔らかくてとても噛み切りやすく、クラムが口に吸い付くように柔らかくてしっとり‼︎もちゅもちゅの生地は噛んで行くと酵母の良い香りと酸味が混ざり合って幸せ。
そのまま食べてもちゃんと美味しいですが、確かにサンドイッチにもぴったり。
この辺りはパン屋さんが枯渇しているエリアなのでとてもありがたい。また利用させてもらいます。
