ニュー新橋ビル１Fに24年5月に開店した「焼きそば」専門店。
大阪の食文化である「焼きそば（お好み焼き）をおかずにご飯を食べる」スタイル。
炭水化物×炭水化物ですが、「焼きそば」は生麵＆太麺、濃厚なソースでご飯とのバランスもバッチリでしたね。もちろん「焼きそば」単独でも良いですね。
価格もご飯、味噌汁付きで1,000円以下。サラリーマンの財布の味方です。
