招待を受け、訪問しました。
雰囲気はとてもいいです。
ピアノの生演奏、落ち着いた客層もあいまって、
洗練されている雰囲気は非常にいいです。
料理については、
アミューズからデザートまで、
材料は一つ一つが上質なものが使われているのはさすが。
今回のコースはサーモンのポワレでしたが、
以前食べたスズキのポワレのほうが数段上だったのは残念。
全て濃厚な味だったので、
メインの肉料理（ステーキ）の時は相方が食べ疲れていました。
サービスもさすがの基準。
ただ、一人だけ居丈高の方がいたので-0.5しました。
ご本人はそういうつもりはないんでしょうが。
ワインについては、いつもながらノーコメント。
ここ東京會舘は2015年1月末をもって一時閉館し、建て替えに入るとのこと。
この一角の３つのビルをまとめて一つにするというプランらしいです。

新東京會舘も今と同じような雰囲気を持ってほしいものです。
