建物に入ってからお店に向かう道のりから豪壮な雰囲気を漂わせてきます。
そして、見かけ倒しには終わらない素晴らしいお料理でした。
リニューアルして間もないにも関わらず安定感のあるサーヴィスといい、
クラシックなルックスにも味わいは軽くてモダンなお料理の数々といい、
プライヴェートを重視したテーブルレイアウトといい、
内装や食器類の重厚な雰囲気といい、
東京の喧騒を忘れさせてくれる異空間でした。
リニューアル前と比べて一番大きく変わったのはお料理でしたが、
アミューズからミニャルディーズに至るまで十分に五感を楽しませてくれました。
記念日にこんなお店でお祝いできたら最高ですね。
伝統と格式を備えた東京會舘に相応しいメインダイニングであると思います。
