会食で利用。
政府の宣言によりお酒が飲めないのでノンアルをいただく。種類が多く、カベルネのノンアルなどもあり、お酒好きにも十分魅力的。ドリンクはシャルドネのノンアルに。
頂いたのは以下。
▼アミューズ とうもろこしのムース
トウモロコシの味がぎゅっとつまっていてクリーミーで甘くてとても美味！
食べ終わりたくないくらいのおいしさ。
▼前菜 ズッキーニのムース＆海老とカニ ジュレを添えて
夏らしいひんやりとした前菜。ジュレは魚介の出汁を使って作っているのだとか。
ズッキーニの味はほんのりと感じる程度。上に載っている蓮のような形の葉がピリッとしていていいアクセント。

お肉かお魚から選ぶ形式。
あんずとカルダモンに惹かれて豚ロースに。
魚料理はスズキでしたが、お肉よりも大きくて食べ応えがありそう。ソースにも具材がたっぷり。
最初の一口は焼き加減が絶妙で脂も甘くてとても美味…！塩気は結構しっかりめ。
でも肝心のカルダモンの香りが全然しない。あれ？私の嗅覚が鈍いのかと思ったが鼻の利くパートナーも「あんまり香らなかった」と言っていました。
付け合わせの野菜は立派な一本の万願寺唐がらし。
あんずは果実まるごとでてきて一緒に食べることを勧められたけど、個人的には一緒に食べるよりも別々で食べる方がおいしく感じた。
お皿があたたかくないのと、空調がきいているので、後半はお肉が固くなってしまいやや残念な食べ終わり方に…
お皿があたたかい状態で提供されるとなおうれしいかも。
つけあわせのパンはバゲット・全粒粉・ハーブの3種類から選ばせてもらえます。（おかわり自由）
ハーブのパンは珍しくて女子受けがよさそう。（なかに入っていたのはおそらくローズマリー）
付け合わせの岩塩入りのバターが非常においしかった。これどこかで買えるのかな…
▼デザート
外が台風＆中も冷房が聞いていて、冷え性なので、代替品がないか聞いてみたところ、
小さめのマロンシャンティ―に変えられるとのことで、前から気になっていた名物のそちらに。
簡単に説明するとモンブランに生クリームがたっぷりと絞られたようなお菓子。クリーミーでとてもおいしかった。
欲を言えばセットのドリンクがおかわり自由だったらしく、食べ終わる前にすでにカップが空だったので、もっと早くついでほしかった。（水でしのいで食べ終わった後におかわりの紅茶が注がれた…もう少し早くきてくれれば！）
コースの通常デザートはココナッツとパイナップルのソルベと夏らしい一品でした。
人数が多く、全員分自己負担だったので、一番リーズナブルなコース（6000円）にしたけど、ポーションが大きいので、かなり満足！
身内にアレルギーの者が一人いて、事前に「この席の者です」と伝えており、かつスタッフからも事前に確認されていたにもかかわらず、違う方（お相手方の家族の一人）に提供されてしまったときはかなりひやひや＆がっかり…
こういう連携は入念にしてほしいところです。
料理がおいしかったので総じて満足ですが、↑のような体験ってずっとひっかかるし忘れないんだろうなぁ…
