驚くほど素晴らしいレストランでした。
皇居のお堀と石垣を目の前にした明るい空間の中で、最高のホスピタリティを受けながら、非常に美しく、美味しいお料理を頂けます。
裕福で素敵なお友達がご馳走下さいましたので、コストパフォーマンスについて語る事は憚られますが、恐らく本日のコース内容においては世界有数。
お料理は、彩りが繊細で、ハーブの効かせ方が上手く包丁の使い方は見事。お魚料理、肉料理共に、火入れが恐ろしく完璧。
厨房とホールのコミュニケーションが行き届いている様で、お魚料理は「ジューーー」という音が鳴り止まない内に運ばれてきました。感動。
わたしの知る三つ星フレンチレストランとは異なり、内装も落ち着いており、おもてなしの心を大切にした丁寧で柔らかな対応で居心地も抜群。
お友達と、レストランで対応下さった全ての皆様、心より感謝いたします。ご馳走様でした。
