名物は、12cmもあるジャンボ餃子。初代店主が常連客のために美味しいものを、と作ったのがその始まり。
餃子は大きいけど口当たりがあっさりしています。
こんがりと焼けて、パリッとして、モチモチ感もあります。
でいかにも手作りといった感じです。
一口かじりつくと肉汁がじわっと溢れ、旨味が口の中に広がり〜野菜もたっぷり入っているので、旨みがあっておいしい♡バランスが良い♡
炒飯は具たくさんでした。
