東京駅隣接の八重洲地下街にある老舗ラーメン店
界隈は東京ラーメンストリートや東京ラーメン横丁などラーメン屋さん密集地帯です
お店に入ると、入口で店員さんに注文を伝え、先払いで会計をし、着席する珍しいスタイル
塩・醤油・味噌と各種ある中で今回は味噌をチョイスしました
○味噌ラーメン 800円
数分で着丼
具材は豚チャーシューとメンマ、刻み葱
スープは粘度はそれほどないですが、バランスのとれたスープ
麺はツルツルした食感の中太中華麺
イメージ的には中華そばの味噌味の様な感じ
麺、スープ、具材とバランスが取れており、どこか昔懐かしい味を感じました(*´∀｀*)
