今日は親友とお誕生日ランチ二人共11月生まれなのでお互いに美味しいものをしばらくぶりに行こうと言うことで、フレンチ。
今日はワインをペアリングして、ランチに挑みます。
お料理はどれも繊細。綺麗にこしらえてあり、満足。
鰹の前菜とフォワグラのヨーグルトがお気に入りました！
また、メインの蝦夷鹿ステーキがもうやわらかくて秀逸でした
しかし、しかしです…ペアリングのワインがいかんせんいかん。
もう、残り少ないボトルしか持ってこないソムリエ？にがっかり…まぁ、安い方の6,000円台のペアリングにしたから仕方ないのかもしれないが…一杯1,500円以上はするのにあの終わった感のあるボトルはいけません。一回たくさん入ったボトルを持ってきてくれないかと伝えたが…甘く見られたのかな…最後までショボショボボトルで酸化が危惧されました。
新しいボトルの口を切ってくれる店もあるのだ！ひらまつの名が聞いて呆れます。
残念なのはそこだけです…
