家内と夕食で訪問。
予約したうえで、しばらくぶりに本格コースをいただきます。店員さんは受付するところから、座席のエスコートまで澱み無く。料理の紹介もしっかりされている上、こちらの服のワンポイントなどにも気づいて話しかけてくれる等、コミュニケーション力の高さもひしひしと感じます。

料理の美味しさもさることながら、ソースや添え物など「一緒に口の中に入れてお召し上がりください」との店員さんの説明通り、普通に各料理のメインをいただくのと、一緒に食べるのとでは全く異なります。ひと口ひと口を違った味、風味を楽しめる仕様になっています。
全料理とても素晴らしかったですが、あえて1番のヒットを選ぶとすれば、フォアグラでしょうか・・・。普段、私がフォアグラをいただく機会といえば、結婚式の披露宴のコースになるのですが、フォアグラがででーんと乗っている印象。こちらのフォアグラは「ヨーグルト仕立て」の名前の通り、液状にしてあり、その分、そのままステーキなどで出るよりも香りが抜群。口の中でもフワーッとフォアグラが広がり、また良い意味で残ります。365日24時間、口の中でこの香りが広がってくれないかなぁ・・÷と謎の願望が頭をよぎるくらいです。僅差の次点で蝦夷鹿でしょうか。赤身で柔らかくローストしており、柔らかですが赤身の旨味がギュッと凝縮。周りのソースなどと一緒に食べ、文字通り「ひと口ずつ異なる味」を堪能できました。
また必ず再訪します。
