ホテルのレストランはこうでなくちゃ！
東京出張のお昼を、落ち着いた雰囲気で上質の
ホテルレストランで食べたいと思い、一休レス
トランでランチプランを予約しました。
丸の内ホテルは初めて行きましたが、ロビー階
に上がるとL字形のフロアの要の部分に女性の
スタッフがきちんと立っておられ、ホテルの
印象が↑↑です。エレベーターから東京駅が見
えるのもいい。
レストランでは窓際の良い席を用意していただ
き、嬉しかったです。落ち着きと上品さがあり
そう、こういうレストランに来たかったのよ、
と心の中でガッツポーズ！
・料理・・まずスパークリングワイン。
野菜のテリーヌ（美しく大きい。
食べ応えがあります）、
コーンスープ、鰆のポアレ、白子の
フランとパン、コーヒー。
丁寧に作られた味、満足です！
・サービス・・どなたも柔らかい表情と物腰で
さすがのホテルレストランと
思いました。男性のスタッフに
も帰り際に自然かつ素敵な笑顔
でお見送りをいただき、気分が
とても良かったです。
食事の時に、スタッフの方に
ワインについてお尋ねをした
ところ、とても丁寧に名前や
輸入代理店などを書いて教えて
いただきました。その対応の
様子も暖かさを感じました。

ホテル全体の落ち着いた雰囲気、スタッフの方
たちの温かい接客で、ぜひ宿泊もしたいと思い
ました。私にとっては、ホテルはやはり「人」
が大事、という実感です。

相方と東京出張、帰りの新幹線の時間が気になるので
東京駅の近くで夕食を、ということになり、以前訪問
して気に入っていたこちらのレストランを一休で予約
しました。
メニューを見て、相方の好みにぴったりであったので
立地とともに文句なしのチョイスでした。
・料理・・一人1万円のコース（税・サービス込み）

■オードブル（帆立貝と野菜のテリーヌ仕立て
赤パプリカソース添え）
■フォワグラのポワレ フルーツコンポート添え
■魚料理（鮮魚とオマール海老のクレピネット巻き
ロースト ブイヤベース風味ソース）

■肉料理（オリーブ牛のポワレ 胡椒風味ソース）

我々は食べ物には保守的なので、このメニューは
完璧です。家族でも、その他のシチュエーションでも
大丈夫な構成と思います。その分、プレゼンテーション
においてもやや守りの姿勢が感じられます。
ランチの方が、盛り付けに華やぎがあったように思い
ます。
・雰囲気・・ベランダはビールなどを飲ませるエリア
にしてありました。ドアがあるので
たとえ賑やかになっていても、中の
レストランエリアには響いてきにくい
構造と思います。
以前訪れた時と同様に、サービスの方は
ホテルマンらしさがあり、とても良い。
・価格・・税・サービス込み 一人1万円、
合 計 2万円
一休を使ううちに、飲み物が含まれているコースが
結局は割安と思うようになりました。今回も全部
込みで、切りのいい値段であったので、満足感が
ありました。
東京駅至近、落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルのフレンチ
レストランで、新幹線の時間まで慌てずに過ごせて
良かったです。近いうちに宿泊し、朝食も味わい
たいです。
