丸の内ホテルの朝食に行きました。
窓の大きな、吹き抜けの開放感のある空間です。冬はちょっと寒いかな。以前はバイキングだったと記憶してますが、今はお店の方が持って来てくれます。
アメリカンブレックファースト（3388円）：メインディッシュ、サラダ、フルーツ＆ヨーグルト、ドリンク、カフェを選んで、パンは数種類を自由にお代わり出来ます。以下を選択しました。
・メインディッシュ_フライドエッグ＆スクランブルエッグ（トースト付き）：トーストが欲しくてこれを選びましたが、後からパンは追加できたので、もっとエッグベネディクトとかオムレツとかにすれば良かったです。美味しかったけど。
・パワーサラダ：生ハム、チキン、スモークサーモン、アーモンド、キヌアシードなどをトッピングしたサラダ。３種類のドレッシング（すりおろし人参、バジルなど）は何れも美味しかったです。
・フルーツ＆ヨーグルト：メロン、ドラゴンフルーツ、オレンジがカラフルです。
・追加のパン：クロワッサン、チョコの入ったデニッシュ系などを頂きました。
・オレンジジュース、紅茶
朝から贅沢な気分になれました。
