【焼肉トラジ 丸ビル店】さんへ訪店しました。
1995年12月東京都渋谷区恵比寿に本店をオープン！
以降25年以上に渡り焼肉のスタンダードを追求し、いまや全国に数十店舗を構える人気焼肉チェーンになります。
こちらの丸ビル店は施設の6Fの飲食フロアに位置し、テーブル席をメインにカウンターや個室など90席ほど。
立地的に仕事終わりのビジネスパーソンを中心に、利便性の良い商業施設の中ということもあり小さいお子様連れのファミリーもちらほら。
様々なニーズに対応されていて有難い限りです。
今回はディナーにてオススメのメニューを中心にオーダーしてみました。
『タン塩 -スタンダード-』

『ネギバカ -ホワイト-』

まずは定番、スタンダードなタン塩から！
程良い厚さにスライスされたタン塩は食感が良く美味！
別オーダーになりますがオススメの「ネギバカ」を合わせることでよりやみつきになるお味に。
『タン塩 -厚切り-』
¥3300
ほぼブロック状といっても過言ではないくらい厚くカットされたタン塩。
じっくり丁寧に焼き上げることで旨味が中に凝縮し、噛み締める度に肉汁が溢れ出ます。
上記のスタンダードなタン塩と食べ比べて食感の違いを楽しむのもアリですね。
『ハラミ塩』

こちらも4番バッター的人気を誇るハラミ。
本来はホルモンとして定義されていたようですが周知の通り今や正肉として幅広い知名度を誇ります。
こちらのハラミはカットとサシ、そしてハラミならではな適度な繊維感！
この3つがとてもバランス良かったです。
『ダイヤモンドcutカルビ』

『お肉は厚く切ったほうが素材の旨みが ダイレクトに伝わるという』というトラジさんのこだわりのもと開発されたお店を代表する看板メニュー！！
ロースターからはみ出るくらい大きくカットされたカルビはビジュアルから圧巻。
焼き上げたらハサミでチョキチョキと食べやすい厚みにカットしていただきます。
お味とボリュームを考慮すると2000円しないというのは大変なお値打ち価格。
最後にサービスでアイスキャンディーと温かいお茶をいただきました！
王道な焼肉を堪能させて頂きました。
