不滅の味、ハヤシライス。
昔の景色を思い浮かべながら外の景色を眺める窓辺の席。 |
東京駅近くの丸善書店さんで本を買った後、お腹が空いていたので、同じビルの4階にあるM&C Cafe 丸の内オアゾさんへ行きました。
平日の夜８時半前でしたが、店内は半分ほど埋まっていました。ラストオーダーギリギリに入れました。
メニューは、洋食メニューやカフェメニューが多いです。ハヤシライスの発祥のお店とのことで、ハヤシライスが人気のようです。ハヤシライスを頼もうと思いましたが、プレミアム早矢仕オムライスという、私が大好きなオムハヤシがあったので、プレミアム早矢仕オムライスを注文しました。
７分ほどでプレミアムオムハヤシが運ばれてきました。ハヤシソースをたっぷりとオムライスにかけています。かなり濃厚な色のハヤシライスソースです。トロトロのオムレツの下は白米です。
ハヤシライスソースとオムレツ、ご飯を一緒にいただきます。ハヤシライスソースは、甘みがあってとても濃厚です。牛肉の旨味と玉ねぎの甘みが滲み出たとても美味しいソースです。トロトロのオムレツとご飯が濃厚なソースに見事にマッチします。ソースが濃厚な分、ご飯やオムレツはシンプルにしていて、ソースを見事に受け止めています。とても美味しいオムハヤシです。
落ち着いた雰囲気で、美味しいオムハヤシをいただけました。今度は普通の早矢仕ライスをいただきたいです。
