大手町にある江戸時代から続く鰻屋さんです。
何度も行っていますが、ひつまぶしがメニューになっていることを知りました。早速注文しました。
10分ほどで着丼。
焼き方は当然江戸焼きなのですが、結構香ばしく焼けています。ネギもいっぱい出てきて、ネギ好きには嬉しい限り。わさびも新鮮でツンときます。
美味しいけれど、個人的にはタレが少し足りない。
また、出汁もちょっと薄いかな。
もう少し改善されればコスパも良く、とっても良いお店かなと思います。
