いつも並んでいるこのお店。昭和44年創業。
今日はお盆期間でお客は少なめ。私にとってはチャンスなので訪問。
昼間はお店の入り口にあるレジで先払い。
玉子とじそば（770円）と鮭ご飯（130円）を注文。
チケットも貰うと同時に柚子胡椒か、山椒を選択（もう一種類言ってたかも。）私は山椒。
まずは玉子とじそば。
とっても鰹節の風味がします。甘味・旨味が強くて味が濃いように感じますが、後味はさっぱり。全部飲んでしまいました。そばも産地にこだわってるだけあって喉ごしがいい細麺。玉子のとじ方もフワフワで絶妙。
鮭ご飯
鮭フレークが出来立て？しっとりしたフレーク。
ご飯もモチモチして130円ならアリ。
なぜか鮭のふりかけも持ってきてくれたので併用したらなんとなくアリ。
この蕎麦屋はメニューも豊富で何回も来たくなる。
大手町ビルの地下。まだまだ未体験のお店がいっぱいだけど、このお店はまた来たい！
