【チャヤ 八重洲店】
さんにお伺いさせていただきました、
場所は、東京駅八重洲地下飲食店街になります、
外観は、比較的空いており、それほど目立ちません
内装は、コの字型のカウンター席のみになります、
東京駅八重洲地下にある老舗、生パスタ店になります。
30年近い老舗だと思います、私も15年前に来た記憶があります。
トマト、クリーム、オイルなど種類が多く嬉しいですね、

・茄子、ベーコンのパスタ
まさに懐かしい、王道の古き良き昭和の生パスタです
20年前にタイムスリップした感覚です、
モチモチのやや太めの生麺、
お約束のタバスコ瓶、
ぶつ切りの茄子、ベーコン、トマトソース、
予定調和の味わいです
良いお店ですね。
