この日は寒の戻りというのか肌寒かったので、前から興味あったヤエチカの玉丁本店 八重洲店で味噌煮込みうどんを食べて来ました。味噌煮込みうどんは随分前、名古屋に出張に行った時に食べて以来だなあ。こっちにはあんまないんですよね。
で、海老ふりゃーならぬ海老天入りの豪華版を注文w おー、グツグツ言っとる～。熱々だあ。
先ずはその煮えたぎる汁から…んー、コクのある味噌で美味しいなあ。そして、麺に行きたいところですが、熱々なんで本場では鍋の蓋を裏返して取り皿変わりにしてましたね。ただ、こちらでは空の器も提供されるので、せっかくなのでこっちに麺と汁を移して…この歯ごたえあるぶっとい麺、懐かしい。途中、一味で味変しつつ麺を完食。
そして、ランチでは半ライスがサービスされるので、麺を食べたあとの鍋にライスを落として、汁も余すことなく堪能しましたw
