グツグツ煮だって運ばれてきました。蓋を開けても沸騰がおさまりませんw小鉢に取り分けて冷ましながら頂きました。うどんが固くてそれでも噛むと歯切れ良くポキポキとした食感が楽しいですね。つくね入りにしましたがつくねの中の軟骨もコリコリしており口の中が賑やかでした。赤味噌の出し汁も味が良く思わず全部飲み切りたくなってしまいました。ごはんとの相性も抜群でした。ごちそうさま
