夫婦で立川志の輔さんの落語を観にいく途中、ランチで立ち寄りました。
こういうお店はやはり女性のお客さんが多いですね。出てくる料理も見た目に華やか。落語の最中に寝ないようアルコールはやめておきました。
新玉ねぎのスープはアッサリしています。そりゃ生で食べたりするものなのでクセ弱めですね。
前菜は華やかで目にも楽しませてくれます。
スパゲティは少な目ですが、コースの一部なのでこれくらいの量ですよね。いつもパスタを大盛にしているのが恥ずかしい。
松阪ポーク 肩ロースのソテーは柔らかくて旨味も強めで美味しい。
好感度がアップしたのは、温かい料理の時は温めたお皿で提供されていたことです。基本的なことかもしれませんが、安く価格設定しているランチタイムでもこういうところに配慮しているキッチンスタッフには頭が下がります。ごちそう様でした。
補足
逆にフロアスタッフは本当に人手不足な感じでした。これは飲食業界全体での課題ですね。
