音楽を楽しむのはもちろん、“ライブ・レストラン”というだけあって、お料理もとても美味しいです。
大好きな某ミュージシャンのライブがあり、せっかくなのでディナーコースを予約しました。
全体的にお料理のレベルが高かったです。
前菜は花があしらわれた美しい盛り付けで、目も舌も満たされました。
メインの牛フィレは焼き加減が絶妙で、とても美味しかったです。
デザートはチョコレートタルトにポルチーニソースだったのですが、ポルチーニの香りと旨味がチョコレートと良く合っていて、新発見でした。
コースを注文される方は、開場時間に入店されることをおすすめします。
そうすれば、コースの大半をライブ開演前に済ませることができます。
勿論、ライブ中でもサーブはしてくださいますが、ライブに集中するとお料理がしっかり味わえないでしょうし、お料理を味わうとライブに集中できない気がします。
そして、ライブ中は手元が暗くなるので少し食べつらそうですし、せっかくのキレイな盛り付けもはっきり見えないと思います。
一流ミュージシャンの生音を聞きながら、美味しいお料理を食べる、とても贅沢な時間を過ごすことができる場所だと思います。
次回はパスタコースをオーダーしてみたいです。
