TOKIAの3階にあるおでんがメインの和食屋さん。グランドメニューも一枚紙に書かれた日替わり？メニューもどれも美味しそうなものが多く。でもスタンダードに刺身盛り合わせとおでん盛り合わせを戴きました。あとはすぐ出てきそうな春菊の胡麻和え。
刺し身は多分8種類くらい？一つ一つはカット小さいけど、これだけ色んな種類が食べられるのは嬉しい。特にホタテが美味しかった。メインのおでんは、大根が分厚くてでもしっかり味も染みててとても食べ応えありました。あとはちくわ、はんぺん、こんにゃく、玉子、たけのこ、湯葉巻き、厚揚げ、ワカメ等、スタンダードな具がたくさん。なんと醤油を一滴もつかわない出汁だけとのこと。まろやかな風味ながらもしっかりした味付け。
そしておでんに合う日本酒がたくさん。お値段もけっこうピンキリでそこまで高いのは飲みませんでしたが、辛口中心にどれもおいしかったです。寒い季節にはおでん×日本酒、最高ですね。
写真とりわすれましたが最後にガツンと唐揚げを食べたくて注文しましたが大正解。和食屋の唐揚げなのに、スパイスの効いたアグレッシブな味付けで最後にお腹をしっかり落ち着けることできました。
お店の雰囲気もシックで落ち着いた大人な感じで気持ちよく過ごせました。ややお高めですがたまの贅沢でまた行きたいです。ごちそうさまでした！
