神田駅から徒歩7～8分の当店に猛暑の中ランチ初訪問。
パスタランチのB＝「ドイツソーセージと夏野菜のペペロンチーノ温玉のせ」を注文。
スープとサラダが付いて小盛り750円。
スープは、ベーコン、椎茸、帆立、トマト等野菜がたっぷりでまずまずの味。
サラダは、レタス、サラミ、コーンでこれもまずまず。
肝心のパスタは・・・
ドイツソーセージは豆粒のような小さく輪切りにしたものが少量含まれるだけ。
他には赤、黄のパプリカが目立つ程度で夏野菜と銘打つ程ではない。
素材の塩味等を活かすということかもしれないが、パスタの味はほとんど無し。
うす味を通り越した感じ。
最後に汁が相当量残って、スープパスタを食しているような感覚。
小でも量は十分ながら、味がしないパスタ。
味付けを間違えたのかもしれない。
