本日のランチも、
手軽に身近な「紅虎餃子房」に来てしまいました。
早くて安くて、はずれない美味しさとして、
わたしたちの間では認知されています＾＾*
今回は
「茄子と豚肉のあんかけ炒飯」のセット。
炒飯大好きで、
ピリ辛の麻婆茄子も大好きなので、
素晴らしいコラボに舌鼓。
きっと暑い夏なら、
ビールが合いそうな風味です。
ボリュームも満点、
ガッツリお腹にたまり、
午後からの仕事に臨めました。

本日は、
お手軽に雨に濡れない距離にある
「紅虎餃子房」さんでランチタイム。
紅虎は、いつも混んでいますが、
ちょっと時間をずらすと
回転がいいのですぐに入れます。
女性の一人客も多いのが印象的な中華屋さん。
さて、
紅虎と言えば鉄鍋餃子ですが、
それは別の機会に食べたので、
今回は無性にゴハンが食べたくなり、
炒飯にしてみました。
①北京炒飯
⇒ボリュームもかなりあって、
炒飯の米粒も、こうでなくっちゃのパラパラ加減でいい感じ、
味付けもちょうど良い塩加減と海鮮ダシが効いて、
早くて安くてそれなりにウマイの、3拍子揃ったチャーハン。
②中華スープ（セット）
③マンゴープリン（おまけお好みで）
⇒店の一角の小さなテーブルに、
食べたい人はわざわざ自分で取りに行く方式。
なかなか面白い手法です。
味は、う～ん、ミックス固めたみたいなチープな味。
でも、美味しくなくはないです。
というわけで、
ここのグランドメニューはハズレはないという噂なので、
また来たいですね。
デザートには期待してませんが…
