日帰り東京出張の仕事を終えた後、新幹線に乗るまでの間に東京駅北側の高架下にあるお店に入りました。
「やきとん酒場とら八」さんです。
生ビールと２品が付いたセットがあったので、まずはそれをいただきます。
生ビール
和牛すじの煮込み豆腐
煮キャベツ味噌
和牛すじの煮込み豆腐は、すじ肉を柔らかく煮込んであり、豆腐にも味が染みて美味しいです。
煮キャベツ味噌というメニューは初めて見ましたが、甘い味噌がとても美味しいです。
そしてやきとんです。
おまかせ串盛り５本（塩）
関西では「やきとん」はあまり見かけないので、東京出張の時しか食べません。
なのであまりなじみがなく、どれがどの部位なのかも全然わかりません。
なんという部位かはわかりませんが、写真の左から２本目が脂の旨みがあって一番美味しかったです。
数えてみると、今回で今年10回目の東京出張でした。
でも、もうしばらくは無いかも。
しばらく「やきとん」もおあずけかもしれません。
