東京駅あたりは豚骨ラーメンがすくないのですが、もう20年近く通っている美味しい豚骨を出してくれる貴重なお店です。
今日は午前中の仕事がお昼に食い込み、急遽回転が速いこちらのお店へ来ることにしました。水曜日、晴れ、12:20頃で5人待ち、10分ほどで店内へ。今日は「とんこつネギらーめん」。いつもなら青ネギですが、気分を変えて白です。辛ネギだと家系っぽいですが、合いますね。
昔は豚骨ラーメンを頼む人が多かったのですが、最近は殆どの人が「スタミナラーメン」を頼んでいる気がします。これは、所謂、二郎系のような豚骨醤油で、昔、うっかり全部のせを頼んでしまい食べきれなかった苦い経験があります。皆さんデカい胃をお持ちのようです。
