・平日の１４時過ぎに訪問
＜前菜（「色々魚介のマリネのサラダ仕立て」を選択）について＞
・小さなサイズではなく、普通サイズ？でビックリ、ボリューム満点です。
・お刺身に岩塩が多めにかかっていてビックリしました（鮮度がよいので、個人的には不要と感じました）が、マリネ液とドレッシングの酸味は適度、魚介類はどれも新鮮でボリュームもあり、とても美味しかったです。
・魚介類は、タコ（おそらく国産、瀬戸内系？で、しっとり柔らかくじんわりとした旨み）、サーモン、ベビーホタテ（柔らかい）、カンパチ（肉厚）？とたくさんで新鮮！
＜ピザ（マルゲリータを選択）について＞
・お皿が温められていました。
・生地は、型にはめてつくったか、既製品だと思います（手で伸ばしたものではないです、見ればわかります）。生地が真円？で、生地縁に切り取った刃跡があり、トマトソースも真円？に乗っていました（生地は真円状に少し窪んでいました）。
・釜焼きを謳っているので、ナポリピザを勝手に想像（店名はフィレンツェですが）していまい、ガーン、と思いましたが、いただいてみると悪くない生地でした。
・さっくり感が強く、もっちり感はまあまあ（見た目からはパサパサかと思いきや）、生地自体にオイル感も感じず、美味しくいただきました。
・かけられているオイルは適量、トマトソースが多く、塩分適度、水分多かったです。
・チーズはゆるくボソボソとしてましたが、温かく伸びる所もあり（火のあたりが均一ではない？）、かみごたえ普通、水分少なめでした。
＜その他＞
・パンはふんわりレーズンパン（なぜレーズンパン？？？）でした。パンプキンシード？みたいなかなり苦味のあるオイルが添えられていました。
・ドルチェのブラウニーは、水分少なめ、甘さ控えめ、杏ソースも甘さかなり控えめで、美味しかったです。
・生ビールは２８０ｍＬくらいのグラスエビスビールでした。美味しかったです。
・立派な前菜、飲み物（アルコールも含みます！）、ドルチェまでついて、新丸ビルで税込２２００円なんてかなりお得だと思いました。
・前菜食後にナイフとフォークをかえてくださいました。
・紙のナプキン（膝にかけられるサイズ）でした。
・おしぼりは不織布でした。
・テーブル会計でした（カード可能でした）。
・夜はテーブルクロスがあるようでした。
・次回はパスタやお魚料理、お肉料理をいただきたいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした！
