暑くなってきたので、パワーをつけたいとブラジルスタイルのシュラスコ料理を食べるためにこちらのお店にランチで伺いました。
青山本店と品川店は以前行ったことがありましたが、丸の内のお店はより洗練された印象を受けました。
シュラスコランチ(¥5,800)とフリードリンク(¥3,000)でした。
サラダys豆料理、デザートはブッフェ形式ではお肉はお店のスタッフが各テーブルに回ってサーブする形式です。
コインを緑色側にしているとお肉を持ってきてくれというメッセージになり、コインを裏側の赤色にするとお肉はもういらないというメッセージになります。
久しぶりにバルバッコアに行きましたが、とても美味しい肉料理を堪能できました。
デザートも日本のスタイルとは異なるので、これはこれでとても楽しめます。
お肉が食べたい時に行きたいお店です。
