久しぶりの『日本橋 札幌や』です。「ごまダレ冷やし」が美味しい季節になって来ましたw
店の看板を横目に階段を降り、店内に入れば、スタッフさんから食券（プラスチックチップw）を購入します。オーダーは…、ごまダレ冷やしラーメン（大盛）1,150円としました。本日のお目当てです。
注文後約10分での着丼です。
中華麺はごく普通（淡白で小麦の香りも弱め）ですが、かなり「甘め」のごまダレとは相性が良い。冷やし中華の「酸味」が苦手という人にはピッタリの仕様。胡麻のコクとまろやか風味に、「甘さ」が全面に押し出されたタレですね。これはこれで美味。
具は、チャーシュー、胡瓜、もやし、トマト、玉子、紅生姜、刻み海苔、メンマが乗っており賑やか。食べ応えは十分です。
なお、同じ味に飽きれば、お薦めは、卓上の「辣油」を回しかけること。冷やし担々麺のニュアンスで味変できますよ。
久しぶりの「ごまダレ冷やし」。旨かった。ちなみに、『札幌や』さんは１年中「ごまダレ冷やし」があるんですけどね…ww
今季は、何度かお世話になりそうな予感。
