東京駅は駅中と周辺にいくつかそば店がある。こちらの店は八重洲口と丸の内口を連絡する北側通路に面している。普段は働く者の腹を満たすためにそこそこ混雑しているが、連休中はいくらか空いている。観光客には場所がわかりづらいかも。さて蕎麦はタイトルのとおりつなぎに海藻を使った新潟の蕎麦である。蕎麦の香りは新潟の著名店と比べて少ないが価格的には妥当である。つゆはやや昆布の勝る感じであたくしの好みではないが、取り立てて不可でもない。海鮮かき揚げは海老もイカも極小でいささか拍子抜けである。普通のかき揚げで良いだろう。ご馳走様でした。
