東京駅からの新幹線の車中のお楽しみ弁当、
さてさて何にしようかな(・∀・)
これぞ東京！ってのがいいかしら？
ということで今回はパッと目に止まった今半のすき焼き弁当を購入してみました。
◆黒毛和牛 重ねすき焼き弁当¥1944税込
新幹線の中で机いっぱいに広がる2段のお重。
もちろんハイボールなんかもつけちゃいましょ(^ ^)
蓋を開けるとショーケースにあったものと全く同じビジュアルだからぐっとテンションが上がり、二千円クラスの為期待値も上がります。
早速お肉をひと口…、
少し固いかな、薄さは否めず黒毛和牛のしっとり感が若干失われているようでしたが今半さん伝統の割下を確かめながら味わいました。
甘みのある関東風でいいお味です
一段に敷き詰められた白米の粒のたった炊き上がりも良く冷えても美味しくいただけるごはんがびっしり、紅生姜が効いて牛肉と相性良しです。
ゆで卵も大きくてボリュームがあり白ネギの柔らかさも絶妙なのですが常温で味覚が弱くなることを想定して全体的に具材にもう少し味が染みていたら嬉しいかな
肉系駅弁のクオリティが上がっている昨今、歴史ある今半さんにも是非頑張って欲しいです
