2019年7月8日、八重洲に所用があり、ランチで八重洲地下街にある旭川ラーメン游亀亭さんに初訪問しました。
カウンターとテーブル席ニ卓の狭い店内は、昭和の雰囲気の中、活気があります。
旭川ラーメンのデフォルトと思われる正油ラーメン 680円のボタンをポチッと押し、味玉 100円、半炒飯150円のボタンを続けて押します。それでも930円、千円でお釣りが来る嬉しい価格設定です。
先ずは、半炒飯登場です。ジャーで保温された炒飯ですがサラダまで付いて、ご飯茶碗一杯分くらいのボリュームで150円はお得です。
続いて、正油ラーメン登場。ラードの皮膜が旭川ラーメンの象徴ですね。中細縮れ麺はセオリー通りで期待を裏切らない食感と喉越しです。
味玉もいい具合の黄身の固まり具合で、メンマもたっぷりと入っています。
ネギのシャキシャキ感と麺、具材のバランスは好みにぴったりです。
東京駅直結の立地で、この価格設定は魅力的です。
再訪したいですね。
